From 2027, there could be significant price increases for consumers as the EU emissions trading system replaces the national German system. According to Florian Diekmann from Der Spiegel, there is a possibility that the CO₂ price will rise from the current 45 euros to 65 euros in 2026 and up to 200 euros per tonne. This would mean, for example, that a litre of Super E10 would become up to 43 cents more expensive. Endless Rock Digestion
Existing Rock-Cells produce the construction material for your cell in its large reaction tunnel. Petrification breaks CO2 into atoms, locking them in new rock. Rock-Cell mimics digestion, dissolving rock and CO2 through pH cycles in multiple chambers from vacuum to high pressure to finally precipitate new rock. It is an extensive process at ambient temperature. Rock-Cell has been tested for the start-up of auto-replication through rock powder production. To achieve a replication degree of 90%, the system must produce particles at gravel size which requires an estimated operation time of one year.

Feature Upgrades
We want to operate your Rock-Cell free of charge for you so that you don't have to pay for your CO2 credits. This can work well during the growth phase as long as we receive enough orders for new Rock-Cells and the production of building materials on your Rock-Cell is paid for in advance by the new customers. In the medium and long term, however, your Rock-Cell should also work for you in a post-growth phase. That's why we will constantly work on the development of feature upgrades to gradually raise the auto-replication of the installed base of Rock-Cells to a new level.

A risk of level 1 and 2 arises from exponential growth. The last customers before a theoretical market stagnation will not receive any CO2 credits because of lacking new customers for Rock-Cell.
